Volunteers seeking to to work with children/youth under the age of 18

in any Children's/Youth Ministry of Trinity EC Church

need to have both PA Child Abuse History Clearance

and PA Criminal Record Check completed.

(no more than 3 years old)

Once you receive results,

please place copies of these clearances

in a sealed envelope in Office Staff mailbox.
